Personal Training for Health and Fitness in San Diego

In-home personal training sessions are 50min , 1-3x per week. Home visits in Point Loma, Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe, Encinitas, and Carlsbad. I will bring equipment, such as resistance bands, weights, and more to strengthen your body and joints. Also we will perform a variety of body-weight exercises, and use your personal workout equipment.
